Callum McFedries-Pitt
Creative Director & Co-Founder
With 10 years’ experience building brands from the ground up, I’ve worked across both high-growth startups and established brands including Ocado, Zapp and Weaver. I understand the pace, the chaos, and the need for flexible, high-impact creative. My work spans brand identity, digital design and storytelling, helping startups turn big ideas into sharp, standout visuals.
Cavell Smith
Managing Director & Co-Founder
I’ve spent the last decade traveling the world producing films, photography, and motion design projects. One of my proudest experiences was filming the pilot for my documentary series I am Nepal. I’ve also worked on film projects in New Zealand. My passion is telling people’s stories, which makes me especially suited for branding. I love bringing briefs to life with authenticity and creativity.
