Background

AideCRM wanted to establish itself as the go-to CRM for charities and non-profits, while still appealing to a broader audience. They needed a brand strategy that celebrated the heroism in all kinds of work without alienating anyone.

Solution

We created a vibrant brand strategy centered on the idea that everyone is a hero. The visual identity highlights this with a cheerful, minimal design, bright pops of colour, and a friendly mascot robot that stands out in a sea of corporate, boring CRM brands. The messaging and look are warm and inviting, making CRM feel effortless, approachable, and full of character; perfect for organisations that do meaningful work.
